Understanding the terms that govern our partnership ensures security and operational excellence. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before engaging the hauling and logistics solutions offered by Lucky U Trucking & Hauling LLC.

1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Lucky U Trucking & Hauling LLC for transportation logistics or hauling services, the Shipper, Consignee, or Broker (collectively referred to as "Client") acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding service policy governing all carrier contracts.
Reference to specific service agreements, rate confirmations, or individual Bills of Lading (BOL) are intended to supplement these primary terms. In the event of a conflict, the transportation legal frameworks established here remain the governing authority.
2. Services and Quoting
Our commitment to Baltimore freight excellence involves transparent pricing models for Truckload (TL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), and heavy hauling agreements in MD.
- Quote Validity: Standard quotes are valid for 7 business days unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Surcharges: Fuel surcharges (FSC) are adjusted weekly based on the DOE National Average.
- Information Integrity: Client is responsible for accurate weight, dimensions, and class. Discrepancies may result in rate adjustments.
3. Cargo Liability and Claims
Lucky U Trucking & Hauling LLC maintains industry-leading insurance coverage to ensure your assets are protected under modern transportation legal standards.
Liability Limits
Standard carrier liability is limited to $2.00 per pound of cargo per shipment, up to a maximum of $100,000, unless higher values are declared in advance.
Claim Timeline
Notice of loss or damage must be filed within 9 months of delivery. Visible damage must be noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD) at the time of receipt.
Insurance Upsell
Clients requiring additional cargo insurance for high-value shipments (exceeding $100,000) must notify our legal team at least 48 hours prior to pickup.
4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any hauling agreement MD shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising from these logistics terms that cannot be resolved through mutual negotiation will be settled via binding arbitration in Baltimore, MD.
